Thank you for selecting a journey with Reunion - we're tremendously grateful and look forward to walking alongside you on your journey. Reunion is a sanctuary for healing, a community of service, and a sacred place for plant medicine.

During your week-long journey, you will be fully supported by experienced Facilitators and caring Contributors who will ensure your safety and comfort on your voyage of introspection and self-discovery. This all-inclusive, thoughtfully curated experience harnesses the power of Ayahuasca and embodiment practices, including breathwork, meditation, movement, and earth wisdom teachings, to reconnect with the sacredness of your humanness and the brilliance of your potential to embody your soul’s purpose. You will gain valuable insight through our educational sessions, group discussions and comprehensive post-retreat Integration Program which will help you navigate your post medicine journey to maximize sustainable change in your life.

If we are not able to confirm you for the Ayahuasca journey for medical reasons, you will be entitled to a full refund of any deposit made.

Your 300 sq. ft room features two Queen-sized beds, a porch with outdoor seating, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Designed to harmonize with their surroundings, Reunion rooms feature natural wood furnishings, cotton linens, comfortable mattresses and pillows, and an earthy color palette intended to bring the outdoors in. Rooms include a patio with seating, a private bathroom with shower, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, an in-room safe, a hairdryer, Raw Botanical organic handcrafted bathroom amenities, fresh towel service, and twice weekly housekeeping using all-natural cleaning agents. There is also pure filtered water throughout the property. Laundry services available upon request.

Optional shared guest shuttle to/ from Liberia Airport (Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport) or the Hilton Garden Inn Guanacaste Airport.

Shuttle prices are per person and inclusive of taxes. If you are registering for two people, please select "2" from the Select Quantity dropdown.

Guests are also able to arrange their own transportation to/from Reunion. Check-in is 4:00 pm and check-out is 10:00 am. We are unable to accommodate early arrivals or late departures.

5 Payment

Please note that for Reunion journeys, we ask for a $1,500 deposit electronically to secure your spot.

You will be invoiced for the two remaining balance payments:

Your second payment will automatically be charged 15 days after your registration date to the credit card used for your deposit. You will receive a notification confirming this payment. If you would like to use a different card to process your second payment, please notify intake@reunionexperience.org no less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled second payment.

Your final payment will be $400 USD due in cash upon arrival to Reunion.

If during the Intake Screening Process our Intake Coordination team identifies known medical issues which make it unsafe for you to have a plant medicine journey, we will refund your deposit and, if applicable, your second payment.

If you choose to cancel your journey more than 24 hours after registration, and your Intake has been approved, you may transfer any payments made as a credit to a future Reunion journey. Credits will expire within 12 months of issuance. The amount which is transferrable is dependent on the notice you provide to Reunion, which is outlined in our Terms & Conditions here.

If you register less than 1 week prior to the journey’s start date, the balance of your experience is due in full upon registration.
